What this room needs.
- Do not orient toilets so the user faces or turns their back to the qibla.
- A hand-held bidet sprayer (shattaf) at every toilet, with a floor drain in every stall.
- Keep toilets and wudu as separate rooms so the wudu area stays clean.
- Wall-hung fixtures and floor drains so the room can be washed down.
